As Sides Crew Supervisor, I guided 3 man-lift operators and 6 seamen in the complete paint out of the ship's hull.-TEAM PLAYER. As Forecastle Petty Officer in Charge, I assisted in the safe execution of 10 Anchoring and 12 mooring/UN-mooring evolution critical to the ship's readiness certifications. I also committed over 100 hours in conducting self-assessments and repairs on all First Division equipment, which resulted in a successful Mobility Seamanship Certification. As Safety Petty Officer, I efficiently tracked and corrected all divisional safety discrepancies.
