I also committed over 100 hours in conducting self-assessments and repairs on all First Division equipment, which resulted in a successful Mobility Seamanship Certification. Performed all duties assigned with pride and professionalism. As OD01 WCS, my relentless attention to detail has corrected over 100 discrepancies and raised the standards of PMS within Deck Division. I was directly responsible for Operations Department receiving an outstanding grade of 94% on 3MC.-OUTSTANDING WATCH STANDER/TRAINER. A superb BMOW, I continually trains and supervises my watch team through out the day and night while underway. I developed and implemented a short and long range training plan geared towards assisting Operations department Sailors score better on the Navy Wide Advancement Exam.-OUTSTANDING ORGANIZATION SKILLS.
