I have maintained seasonal employment with O'Charley's Restaurant for the past 6 years, working primarily over spring, summer, and winter breaks. My duties as a dishwasher include clearing tables, sorting dishes and utensils, and operating dishwashing equipment. As a kitchen assistant, I transfer equipment from storage areas to work stations and provide help to the cooking staff as needed.
