Drove retirement of Optio enterprise printing solution at GEHC global manufacturing sites and began transitioning these sites to the BarTender printing platform. This minimized risks in production and shipping of products, while ensuring that GEHC maintained compliance with manufacturing standards set by the FDA and GE Company.

Furthered the Windows XP retirement project by collaborating with global clients to convert all internal operating systems from Windows XP to Windows 7. Analyzed various issues within different components of the business and developed solutions to improve efficiency and promote cost-savings.

Managed over eighty high school students for six weeks in an intensive educational program. I assisted and taught students in various subjects as needed, ensured their safe transitions between different locations on the Miles College campus, and monitored the students' behavior and activity in the dormitory. There were zero instances of violence, and no drastic conflicts arose.
