During my time at NewBeauty, I worked alongside the VP and EIC to manage, organize, and coordinate meetings and events. Working with high-profile clients and businesses, I was the direct liaison and handled every aspect of internal and off-site meetings, including: flight itineraries, hotel stays, space reservations, etc. Additional responsibilities included working with the marketing team on projects for both print and digital.

Sunrise, Florida

My role included assisting in game day efforts, providing game notes and statistics to Panthers executives and media personal, transcribing player and coach interviews, and building and managing credentials.

Jacksonville Beach, Florida

Working for one of the most prominent North Florida publications, with over 25k magazines in circulation, I served as EIC over a large team of writers, contributors and designers. My role consisted of directing and strategizing the Void Media brand across both print and digital platforms. Additional roles consisted of monitoring and organizing all Void Media social platforms, creating a strategic editorial and social plan each month based on issue theme. This also allowed me to be heavily involved in each photo and video shoot for cover and internal pages, which I helped to conceptualize and execute.

As a content creator, I was tasked with writing articles and a variety of editorial pieces for both print and digital platforms. My role also included filming and editing BTS videos monthly that coincided with each magazine issue. These would be shared across all platforms to help push the publication release.

Jacksonville, Florida Area

As an intern, my role consisted of working directly with the editorial team on projects for the print magazine and social platforms. I was in charge of daily "Media Monitoring Projects" that were shared with entire staff. These were interesting and relevant digital pieces that helped probe ideas for future content. I also managed distribution lists for subscriptions and sent magazines out each month to loyal readers.
