As a member of the Arkansas Army National Guard higher standards have always been a requirement. Leadership is a key in preforming the mission successfully. In the guard I am a Forward Observer. My task is to observe and call in indirect fire. Map reading skills, compass skills, and being able to use the digital equipment we have is a must.In the banking industry I have moved up and learned a lot. Starting off I was a bank Teller. I traveled to different locations working a window. I have now moved into our main branch in Heber Springs Arkansas. Now I control our Online Banking and Mobile Deposits. I also answer phone calls from customers answering their questions or sending them to a direct department of the bank. In the bank I assist our Vice President of IT. We handle our Cash Management service of our online banking site.I have completed an Associate Degree in Science of Business from Arkansas State University Heber Springs. I am now finishing my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University Jonesboro. I am taking classes online while working full time.
