I am a highly motivated, results-oriented, and creative individual with a passion for human resources and business/management analytics. As a recent graduate from UNCG, I am fascinated with benefits, numbers, and how companies work through the hiring and onboarding process.My greatest skills are teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service. These skills have allowed me to be successful in a variety of positions such as being a sales advisor, food and beverage ambassador, resident advisor, and a teammate on a global virtual team.My most recent experience gave me the opportunity to work as a sales advisor for a popular clothing brand. In this role, I provided valuable customer service, maintained an orderly sales environment, and boosted company sales. Working with my colleagues, we were able to promote brand loyalty to encourage customers to return in the future and regularly exceed sales targets for the store. As a business administration grad, I am searching for an opportunity where I can leverage and grow these skills.
