I have over 20 years of professional legal experience in a number of areas of expertise, in and out of court, including, without limitation: real estate, collections, workers' compensation, personal injury, business organization, merger & liquidation, capital investment, civil litigation, media and entertainment law, wills, trusts, estate planning, and asset protection and even traffic and minor criminal. I started my own law practice in 2002. My over-arching goal is to serve clients in a cost-effective, efficient manner. This involves a comprehensive approach, wherein the focus is twofold: 1). legal advice and consultation to attempt to prevent legal problems before they occur and; 2). engaging in practical, common sense problem-solving to bring successful resolution to legal matters that have already ensued.
