Leadership Institute is YNPN Chicago’s flagship program for emerging leaders in the nonprofit sector ofChicago. Led by the Leadership Institute Facilitator, this ten‐month program enrolls 12‐15 emerging leaders and provides them with tools to advance to roles of increased responsibility.

• Recruited keynote speaker and coordinated travel and conference arrangements• Wrote and designed conference marketing materials including webpage, social media, and intra-university conference advertisements • Worked with organizing team to select conference theme, title, and speakers and design schedule
