I’m what you get when you take artistry and apply it to business. Throughout my career, I’ve learned how important it is to see a company’s big picture, figure out what’s not working, then get thoughtful, creative and collaborative to develop solutions and successfully implement them. Think strategic planning and project management. I’ve spent the majority of my professional life working with small businesses in a variety of industries, primarily in operations but also business development and marketing. Through these experiences and lots of self analysis, here’s what I’ve learned about myself.- I’m resourceful. What I don’t know, I’ll figure out.- I’m not a yes person, I’m a do-what-gets-us-to-our-goals person. - Communication in business, as in life, is absolutely key. - My brain operates in an organized, detail oriented way, so that’s how I approach my work. Rose colored as it may sound, I aspire to effectively contribute something meaningful to an organization that also does something positive for the world. Then at the end of each day, I’d like to go home, turn my attention to my family, and be proud of the example I’m setting.
