As the Human Resources Manager for Castle & Cooke, Inc., I currently manage the development and administration of company-wide policies and procedures across a wide variety of industries in multiple states. In this role I also provide day-to-day customer service and support to 250+ employees regarding policy/procedure, recruiting, compensation, performance management, leave administration, and employee relations.

During my time as an HR Intern at Wolverine Advanced Materials, I worked on several projects including: • Conducted in depth job analysis for 24 manufacturing positions• Evaluated and revised job descriptions for manufacturing positions based on job analysis• Reviewed and revised health and safety training procedures and policies• Updated training materials to reflect current OSHA standards
