As an intern for the GVSU Women's basketball team, I helped them gather valuable metrics regarding their practice and game day performances. These metrics were gathered via and accelerometer that the players wore during every practice and game. I would then take the data and apply it to an excel sheet. Meetings would be held between my supervisor, the coaches, and myself discussing the data. During the 2022-2023 season, they would go onto amass a record of 31-3 and win the GLIAC Division.
