As an Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Colgate University, I work with a team of career services professionals to connect students with meaningful and fulfilling career opportunities. I leverage my skills in sales, communication, and relationship-building to cultivate and maintain partnerships with employers across various industries and sectors.My passion for helping students of diverse backgrounds stems from my own experience as a first-generation college student at Bowdoin College, where I majored in Africana Studies and volunteered for various causes. I understand the challenges and barriers that low-income and underrepresented students face in pursuing and completing their higher education, and I strive to provide them with academic, financial, and emotional support. As a former College Success Advisor at KIPP Foundation, I mentored and guided hundreds of college students, helping them navigate their college endeavors and achieve their goals.
