 Provide in person field inspections varying in complexity from residential properties to commercial properties. Developed and ran the training to do field exterior and interior inspections using the iPad which directly changed the workflow of our team.-Trained and developed 4 teams in using the mobile software to more effectively estimate claims Developed a manual to effectively use the iPad for all future adjusters and continue to update the manual to date. Continuously work with Xactimate to further develop and make the mobile estimating app more effective. Continue to train and assist our team and the other property teams with iPad related queries.  Was featured in a companywide video as one of the first responders to the Fort McMurray fires. Won a competition for an essay that I submitted about customer service directly related to the Fort McMurray fires. Consistently provide help to the other property teams by traveling out of town to help take on their workload including Montreal, Vancouver, Victoria, Nanaimo, and Windsor. Co-chair for the Breaking Barriers Committee where I help organize contact points between multiple departments and will create surveys, templates and provide training.  Co-chair for Estimating Committee (formally iPad Committee) where I help develop and provide 3 separate levels of estimate training to new and existing CAT adjusters.

 Was the Claims Centre Champion for the Calgary Property Team. Responsibilities included advanced training on auto and property claims processing, provided support for the team for claim centre issues, reported issues and suggested corrections to the claim centre system.  Assisted the Central Payment Team, Total Loss, Western Assign, and the Auto department to manage their work load.
