As a manager, my role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities to be accomplished on a weekly basis. These included conducting store inventory, communicating with distributors to procure necessary products, and engaging with nearly 80 representatives to ensure a diverse product selection for our customers. Additionally, I was accountable for overseeing millions of dollars' worth of inventory and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace for employees. I managed a team of around 40 associates between all locations, ensuring that assigned goals were achieved and customers received exceptional service. Moreover, I handled the recruitment process, reviewing applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, and selecting qualified and personable candidates.
