Daily responsibilities of leading fabrication projects. Managing a crew of fabricators and project deadlines. Managing projects from design to installation/delivery. Fabricating a variety of structures out of steel, stainless, and aluminum. Experienced in reading blueprints, machine cutting/bending material, forklift operation, and welding. Competent in an environment that demands you quickly grasp concepts and instruction with minimal communication. Strong teamwork/delegation skills and leadership throughout projects. Metal working has been a very challenging, rewarding learning environment that requires my high level of efficiency and attention to detail.

Responsible for managing a large team, customer and team communication, inventory management, team training, department overview and grocery systems logistics.
