Assist guests in finding their seats in the arena, give directions to guests in a quick and defined manner, scan tickets into the arena while being aware of possible fake tickets, deescalate situations between guests relating to; seat disputes, relocations for ADA and other needs, arguments between fans of differing teams, frustration with concert schedule and more, keep a keen eye over a concert floor to ensure every guest is safe, make quick and precise calls for medical or security assistance, offer assistance in an empathetic way to make our guests feel like they are interacting with real people who care about them.
