-Support for Lead Merchandiser and manage a small support team when needed.-Main focus on Merchandising the floor; includes organizing product, placing of monthly updated floor layout with fashion trends and new product. Focused areas of brands to keep organized by trend, color, and sizing. Update mannequins with monthly trends, keep areas clean and well maintained for customers to shop. Take ready orders to dock in a timely manner.-Maintain Inventory throughout the year and have understanding of equipment used to scan, and log inventory each month. -Provide excellent customer service with top knowledge of products. Material of clothing and how to care for it. Includes fit, style, and trends the product goes with.-Provide support to teammates with effective speed and organization of the sales floor: putting clothes away, cleaning and organization of racks and tables. Restocking merchandise from new shipments.-Able to understand the Macy's App and website to help customers navigate for online purchases.
