I am a mechanical engineer for J.F. Taylor Inc. I have assisted NAVAIR as part of the Manned Flight Simulation Division at NAS Pax River on numerous projects. I currently work at J.F. Taylor’s CMF location as part of the products team supporting Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA).I graduated from the University of Maine with a BSME in 2017. Some courses that I found significant interest in were aerodynamics, fluid dynamics, controls and design. I gained experience in CAD through a course on SolidWorks. This experience became useful when designing my capstone project. I have always been fascinated with aircraft, so as a senior I was a member of a team which developed a radio controlled aircraft in accordance with the 2017 AIAA Design/Build/Fly competition.https://sites.google.com/site/umaineuav20162017/home
