- Plan and execute quarterly retreats for mentors and mentees that involve food, speakers, activities, and unique themes- Coordinate large-scale events and recreational activities designed to instill community among 50-60 Black NU students- Counsel a group of five mentor and mentee pairings in a Family Group

- Manage the creation of promotional materials for Northwestern’s undergraduate NABJ chapter, such as social media posts and flyers designed in Canva to advertise events - Chair the implementation of NABJ-NU’s marketing strategy, producing content for all social media accounts and delegating tasks to a team of four

- Serve as the first point of contact for the affinity spaces managed by Multicultural Student Affairs, including the Black House and the Multicultural Center- Maintain the cleanliness of the space in order to produce a welcoming and safe atmosphere for students

- Oversaw the revival of BlackBoard Magazine after its two-year hiatus- Direct a staff of around 30 undergraduate students that consists of writers, editors, social media contributors, financial directors, photographers, and models- Lead weekly general, executive board, and committee meetings three times a week- Produced two online and print magazine issues for Nortwestern’s Black community, reaching over 1,000 students, faculty, and alumni- Leading the creation of a new streamlined website through SquareSpace to expand BlackBoard’s onlinecontent
