In this customer-facing role, I provided strong product knowledge and a high level of customer service in assisting guests with equipment and materials for home repair and construction needs. I utilized my operational skills in executing stock room and replenishment tasks, and maintained the floor to achieve the company standard.I trained new team members on the organization of the stock room, maintenance best practices, and guided associates through instruction on forklift operation.
