Collaborate with one of Indonesia's leading travel companies, Traveloka, with a list of responsibilities:- Develop and craft engaging content about travel destinations and landmarks, capturing the unique features and experiences of each location.- Write comprehensive travel guides that include detailed descriptions of tourist attractions, practical tips, and insights for travelers.- Create well-researched and informative articles on tips for getting around different destinations and highlighting transportation options.- Produce content in both English and Indonesian, ensuring that the language, tone, and style that are appropriate for each audience.

- Own a high-quality end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research that is aligned with the product roadmap to understand users behavior and pain points of ULA users.- Conduct foundational research to identify opportunities and gaps in the market, and ensure that the end product meets the needs and expectations.- Work collaboratively with Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, UX Writer, Data team & Business team, to gather information and combining data to support the research purpose, and provide creative thoughtful solutions.- Understanding the market and the associated customer journey & behavior.- Create impact tracker to help measuring and demonstrating the impact of the research efforts on the design and development of a product or service.

- Conducting qualitative studies such as interviews, usability tests and customer feedback analysis for Shopee's existing and future products in order to understand their behaviour and pain points.- Doing surveys as well to evaluate the impact of product changes quantitatively.- Designing interview guide and survey questions to be asked to our users.- Understanding VoC (Voice of Customer) through customer satisfaction score that contains customer’s feedback about their experiences with their expectations for development of Shopee products or services.- Study competitor platforms to identify opportunities.- Communicate research findings and collaborate with stakeholders.

- Helping CX's team members to conduct usability test to understand user's behaviour and pain points.- Recruiting users for phone interviews and usability test.- Note-taking

- Worked together with Rujak team members and local communities to understand urban problems such as poverty, justice, equity, pluralism, inclusivity, etc.- Arranging seminars and conferences, related to urban studies.- Helping local urban communities to build their capacity and do policy advocacy for them who are struggling their life in post-disaster reconstruction.
