Also, owning up the responsibility of the Volume/Junior level Hiring piece for my set of Clients.• Focusing to cater more of New Technology Age Firms alongwith the traditional IT/ITES set. Have also started penetrating into the Financial Firms.• Proficient in anchoring the Finance & Accounting, HR, IT & other related support functions. Independently driving the Sr./Executive level hiring for the Critical need of the Clients.
