Oversee resolution of all Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) service issues; authorize all CCTV repair or replacement orders based on evaluating the need and outcome of troubleshooting incoming service calls; provide phone support as needed to troubleshoot individual store CCTV problems.Evaluate and authorize repair, replacement, or change in store burglar alarm security systems; evaluate store alarm history and risk of new problems for additional securitymeasures. Oversee EAS systems in stores, includinginstallations and replacements; ensure that installations meet current specifications;evaluate EAS service requests to determine best course of action based on themaintenance contract agreements involved and age of system; submit requests for service as needed.
