It may seem a little silly, but what it means for me is I am always looking to push the limits a little and do it with a smile on my face. The outdoors are my passion and adventure at the root of everything I do. Professionally I spend my time as the General Manager for Waymark Gear Co. in West Valley City, Utah. My years of experience in the outdoor industry has allowed me great opportunities to grow and add value to the team of employees I am fortunate to work with and for. With my passion in the outdoors, I have focused everything I do to create a resume of experience in as many facets of the industry that I can. I received my bachelors degree from Utah Valley University in Exercise Science: Outdoor Recreation Management. My degree has become a staple for how I approach my professional relationships as well as my fun in the backcountry. I teach Intro To Backpacking courses as an adjunct instructor at Utah Valley University. With a background in freelance photography, I have taken that skill and passion to YouTube where I run an outdoor focused YouTube channel. My channel produces outdoor vlogs, gear reviews and outdoor education. This is an area where I am able to develop relationships with gear brands, share my experiences and help others find a love for the outdoors.
