As the Health and Wellness Director of UBC’s Arts Undergraduate Society, I will collaboratively lead a team of multiple student volunteers, facilitate meetings and coordinate events to ensure the health and well-being of Arts Students at UBC.

• Initiated systemic change in student mental health in India by filing a public interest writ petition under Article 226, advocating for the implementation of the Mental Healthcare Act 2017 in schools and colleges. The Delhi High Court admitted the case, leading to the launch of physical and mental health clinics in 15 Delhi government schools. The initiative received extensive media coverage across 30+ national platforms, highlighting the need for mental health interventions for children.

• Developed 'Bas 5 Minut,' a 3-month program with 5-minute classroom activities to reduce student stress, tailored for packed school schedules. Analyzed effective curriculums and studies to design the program around 10 themes like laughter, art, and nature. Created a student-friendly 'Student Packet,' beneficial for low-income students. Led a team of 20+ to manage social media, partnerships, and produce a program 'Handbook.' Partnered with NGOs, reaching 5,000+ students. Conducted a pre-post study using the Perceived Stress Scale, which showed a significant reduction in student stress levels.

Our vision is to build a circular economy platform for glass bottles that is replicable in every town and city. Through urban harvesting, we collect used glass that is at the end of the product cycle.We want to create fully functional, independent, micro-factories that upcycle this local glass waste into products for commercial and noncommercial consumer usage.By doing this, we maintain a circular economy where our products are both affordable and sustainable.

• Selected as the only high school intern for Project MATE due to my work in mental health interventions and research. Conducted a literature review on 'Relationship with the Self' and 'Importance of Social Relationships,' analyzing 30+ papers, and highlighting the benefits of active social connections. Developed a 50+ page resilience workbook for MATE students and provided insights from interviews with young adults to shape workshop content. Enhanced MATE's social media by researching topics like cyberbullying and academic stress, and identified potential school and NGO partners for workshop implementation.
