Created reliable testing automation for controls found within the Windows Phone 8.1 SDK to ensure ship level quality. Instrument code within Windows to provide telemetry about the user experience of application launches on the Universal Windows Platform. Analyze data to determine user pain points with application launches and collaborate with partner teams to quickly develop solutions

Developed equities phone application using Windows Phone 7 SDK. Collaborated with cross-functional teams in planning and design of software code and specifications to create an internal testing software to increase team vendor productivity of new phone software.

Enhanced end-of-day performance report with outlier data and integrated throughout team to assist transaction data analysis. Developed graphical user interface to bolster analysis toolset within new centralized transaction evaluation software.

Developed smart assessments within Care Management Framework of PegaRULES Process Commander. Presented smart assessments to senior level management with future recommendations for improvements.
