At Vanguard Health Systems, I was part of the senior leadership team that grew the organization to 29 hospitals, more than 46,000 employees, and over $6.5 billion in net revenue. During my tenure, we completed an IPO and the company's sale to Tenet for $4.3 billion. My roles included corporate Chief Talent Officer, Chief Experience Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer.At Gallup Consulting, I was a Partner, advising some leading healthcare systems (Cleveland Clinic, Henry Ford Health System, Vanguard, etc.) on strategy, M&A, and growth.
