My primary responsibilities included creating, reviewing and revamping an effective recruiting strategy to deliver timely and efficient solutions for high impact work. I developed and managed the full-cycle recruiting process for Lenati's sister company, Rivet Consulting, which specializes in servicing Fortune 100 accounts. I served as the liaison between problems and solutions. Quick turn over, high candidate control work for analyst and Program Managers for FTE & Contract employment. I’ve utilized a number of different applicant tracking systems and am comfortable finding the right sourcing platform for the right role. Every operation is different and requires a different approach to be efficient.

I managed an average of 15 highly skilled reqs at a time (Product Managers, Business Intelligence Reporting Analysts, Data engineers, Project and Program Managers)I interviewed 20 people a week - Filled 80% of our reqs.
