Hello, my name is Devin Dalessandro. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in April with a major in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship. I am currently co-managing a profitable car detailing business with my former college roommate in which I do hands on work with cars, construct/analyze our company financials, and conduct efficient communication with clients. Two summers ago, I worked at Trinity Pension Consultants as a Data Automation Intern. My biggest responsibility was to increase efficiency and ensure accuracy in preparing our Government Forms (5500) process through automating various import and export data retrieval functions. Lastly, from July of 2017 to April 2021, I worked at a golf course called Mallard Creek as a Customer Service Attendant and Pro Shop Manager. In these roles I learned to build rapport with customers, ensure operations ran smoothly through efficient scheduling, and exhibit the type of customer service needed to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Over the past couple of years, I have developed a desire for the wealth management industry/financial advising. I have always had a passion for wealth creation as I believe being financially stable is an important aspect to living a free and fulfilling life. Moreso, the wealth management/financial advising industry allows me not only to help myself, through my career, but it enables me to help others along the way as well. I am a likeable, ambitious, and open-minded young adult who has an intense desire to learn and grow. I take pride in my work as well as the company I work for.
