As an accounts receivable, customer relations and data management professional with more than 15 years experience I’m currently seeking new opportunities. Part time work with a hybrid or fully remote workplace would be ideal. With an attention to detail, I enjoy accounts receivable, banking, processing of cheques and EFT and credit card payments, reconciling accounts, liaising with customers regarding their accounts and following up on payments and credits. In addition processing and setting up new trade accounts as well as providing general administrative support are reponsibilities I excel at.I am able to work independently and I’m quick to build and maintain good rapport with the customers. I get along very well with my work colleagues and strongly believe a good working relationship is a strong foundation for a work environment. My consultative nature leads me to always being open to suggestions on improvements to facilitate an efficient approach to getting the job done.I’m a perpetual learner with the ability to master new software quickly and efficiently. Whilst using new software I apply my data management skills to ensure the ongoing integrity of the data within the system and communicate these processes to my colleagues on a continuous basis.
