V8i• Hand Calculations of Pad-Eye, Bolt Calculations, Corrugated Plates, Wall Calculations with the use of European standards DNV’s, NS3472 etc. by Mathcad & Mathcad Prime• Static analysis in ANSYS• Weight Estimation and CG calculation.• Part Modeling, Sketching, Assembly, Drafting & Surfacing in Solidworks 2010.• Structure Detail Design along with Preparation of Class Approval Drawings and Production Drawings• Preparation of Take out of Material 3D Layout.• Preparation of Bill of Material (Bulk, intermediate and final).• Preparation of Isometrics.• Expert in using 2D drawings as well as 3D modeling.• Well versed with machine drawing / fabrication drawing /layout.• Capability to understand and apply GD & T.• Checking the vendor drawings & Making comments
