Started as Erection engineer and do all kind of erection of P&H brand Rope shovel and Terex Equipment and O&K Hydraulic Excavator . To work in hand experience to maintain the mining equipment for their availability and reliability with limited resources . Optimum utilization of equipment and scientific way to have parts inventory to support the machines . Training to mechanic and Operators. Later stage switch over to marketing of Mining equipment and doing Maintenance contract ( MARC) . Last 10 years were focused in sales of the machines globally , parts support , negotiations , team building & delegations , strategy & planning for the sales target , payment follows up , controlling of working capital , organize dealer meet and seminar with presentations .
