- Possess extensive expertise in Design, Development, Technical Services, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control, Resource Management, Negotiation Skills, Public Relations, New Business, Business Development, Team Development, and Project Management with a thorough understanding of hotel operational areas.- Responsible for coordinating the effective operation of the Design and Technical Services Departments to ensure timely and professional delivery of hotel and resort projects to the operational team.- Provide assistance to the owner's Project/Development Team to ensure that designs align with the Technical Services Agreement and meet operational requirements throughout the stages of project development.- Skilled in Space and Facility planning (excluding civil and vertical engineering), reviewing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing & Extra Low Voltage systems, Kitchen, and Laundry sections of Drawings & Specifications, Project Planning, Construction Progress, Punch Lists, and Critical Path, and compiling Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FF&E) lists.- Possess strong analytical, problem solving, influencing, and negotiation skills with experience in Pre-opening task lists, Maintenance Management of Building's Services (Planned Preventive, and total predictive maintenance (T.P.M)), Energy Conservation, Standard Operating Procedures, Divisional policies, procedures, and preventive maintenance routines, Crisis Management, Fire Life Safety procedures, and facility support services.- Experienced in conducting audits of Buildings to ensure that maintenance and operation standards are met and managing Department personnel administration, including hiring, training and talent management and development, performance appraisal, counseling, coaching, etc.- Skilled in managing CAPEX, engineering, and utility budgets, and leading renovation projects of Guest Rooms and Public areas, including design planning and implementation.- A strategic thinker with high standards and an eye for detail.
