Bahuudeshya Capital Training and Job Center Pvt.Ltd is training and employment service providing Company established in 2008 with aim of providing skills training to unskilled Nepali workers for poverty alleviation through imparting of market based short term skills to the unemployed youths and linking them to the employment opportunities within country and abroad. The organization head office is at Tarkeshwor Municipality -10, Manamaiju, Kathmandu. The company is affiliated with Council o Technical Education and Vocational training (CTEVT) in four different occupations - junior building electrician, Scaffolder, assistant plumber and meson. It has successfully completed more than 120 training event and imparted employable skills to almost 3000 youths seeking foreign employment. We also continuously innovative in our works including designing and developing of market relevant training based on foreign working environment ,producing of skilled and competent workforce for foreign labour market developers of trainers, coordinators, manager and skill assessor.Bahuudeshya Capital Training and Job Centre Pvt. Ltd has well equipped training centre with sufficient training materials and practical training area that has the capacity to train 500 youths in a different occupation in a year. We have been collaborating with different donor agencies, different manpower companies and self-paying focusing on training for foreign labour markets. Our training has huge impact as we are able to improve their livelihood through the skills we have provided and contributed to their employment mainly in foreign labour market.
