• Completes audit working papers by documenting audit tests and findings.• Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.• Audit Planning, Audit Execution, Audit Fieldwork, Audit Reporting• Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.• Handling internal and external queries, resolve all queries within the agreed timeline.• Participate in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries if necessary.• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.• Preparing accounts based on tax and audit perspective (Accounting). • Verifies assets and liabilities by comparing items to documentation.

• To uphold Accounts & Finance department's policy, SOP, work processes & work instructions.• Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.• Provide support to operation team in day-to-day finance related matters.• Perform follow-up with client/supplier/operation department etc as necessary on accounting documentation.• Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling.• Handle workers monthly payroll as well as accuracy of report and meeting statutory deadlines submission.• To coordinate and interact with all departments in order to complete various tasks.• To manage full-set management accounts closings & analysis on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.• Handles ad hoc assignment as and when required.• To assist in liaising with external auditor, tax consultants, company secretary and other relevant statutory bodies for the matters.• Contributing to meeting discussion/ideas as and when required.

• Handle all aspects of daily accounting functions and full sets of accounts for the Company.• Monitor and manage daily cash flows of the Company.• To process staff reimbursement.• Monitor and to prepare payments on time to ensure all credit terms given.• Prepare monthly reconciliations particularly on bank and supplier statements.• Prepare management reports and analyze relevant financial information.• Handling bank accounts (Maker).• Checking and verifying all the financial statement and any reports pertaining to ensure the accuracy of the report.
