Upon continued success as a traveling General Manager, I became the Site Leader of a key college market in Bloomington, Indiana where I successfully managed a blended force of 100+ employees including Kitchen Managers, Shift Managers, Operations Associates, Kitchen Associates, and W2 Delivery Drivers.

Applied skills, willingness to develop, and ability to work as a team-player granted me the opportunity to lead entire team's. I spent this time mostly traveling Ohio to support key markets in the Columbus and Cincinnati metropolises where I was mainly engaged in managing Operations Associates and 1099 Delivery Drivers.

After excelling in an entry-level position, I was offered the opportunity to lead other associates during my shifts and assist my manager in running the day-to-day business.

In an effort to diversify, I searched to acquire field expertise. My work included containing, preparing, painting, and cleaning every job-site. Safety, hazard, and environmental trainings were routine. Hands-on experience with heavy equipment such as forklifts and skid-steers. Maintained technical equipment including all tools needed to service the site. Basic construction skills were applied during this time.

Utilized previously acquired skill-set into a new market. As my time in the field progressed, consumer behavior and analytics became easier to identify. Local marketing and online advertising became second nature. With sales being my primary duty, I began searching for new ways to overcome obstacles in the field.

Excelled through a rigorous sales training program before thriving in a fast-paced brick and mortar store-front location. Over my time in this position, I obtained multiple new techniques that have proven to be successful throughout my career. Some of these skills include negotiation, sales, accounting, resolution of conflict, and remote support.
