I held project and unit management positions throughout and across Student Services, Sports & Recreation, and Varsity Athletics, creating and managing Career, Leadership, Student Development and Mentoring programs, and Alumni engagements. - As Chair of President's Advisory Committee (on Student Life), I chaired, distributed, monitored and reported on $100,000 annual funding of student projects. - Created recognition programs to align student leaders, athletics and alumni. Initiated funding & marketing campaigns. Managed tournaments, banquets, and Hall of Fame events. - Created program infrastructure, provided leadership to create University varsity women’s hockey program. Lobbied funders, co-ordinated team logistics, budgeting, & recruitment of national-level coach.- Restructured a unionized employment resource centre into a career development service, doubling full time staff, & creating student leadership teams responsible for event management, promotions, public speaking & advising. Created revenue-generating services, faculty-based career fairs, customized hiring programs and alumni services. - Proposed, obtained funding and launched award-winning Tri-Mentoring program to support first generation Canadians, immigrant and culturally diverse students in adaptation, employability, and workplace transition. - Directed the creation and evolution of departmental Student Services web services and 14 individual web sites; introduced information security standards and online service delivery- Acted as liaison with alumni and funders. Delivered International presentations- Created and implemented annual marketing campaigns promoting 14 Service divisions - Coordinated feasibility studies and surveys of students, new grads, and alumni
