I am a student at Chapman University studying Business Administration, Economics, and Computer Science. Throughout my time in school I have picked up a number of useful skills for the workplace. My business studies have given me insight and experience with marketing, finance, management, communications, business ethics, and accounting. Two of my business classes that stood out to me as especially valuable were Data Analytics and Marketing. My Data Analytics class taught me how to take a data driven approach to business problems, something that many companies are interested in with the rise of computing. Marketing taught me about how businesses think about their products and how they promote them to a variety of different customers. My intermediate macroeconomics and microeconomics classes have given me a good understanding of the economy and market forces. As for my computer skills, I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python. Additionally, from the various group projects I have completed throughout my time in college I have gained experience collaborating with peers, leading groups, and facilitating effective communication within a team.
