· Train, manage, and schedule all of our volunteers in the FOH mixing, Broadcast mixing, directing, camera operators, etc· Lead the recording, mixing, and mastering of acoustic sessions as well as our weekly services· Established a Dante system for multitrack recording through our Allen & Heath C3500· In charge of getting the livestream audio ready and maintained· Create videos for countdowns, announcements, or weekly digital content

- Setup recording times for five separate podcasts- Edit podcast, in Adobe Audition, down to twenty minute lengths- Record podcasts with a multiple microphone setup
