CurrentResponsible for resolving hardware related helpdesk requestsResponsible for onboarding/offboarding client sites, including workstations, ICE, idustrial/enterprise-grade printers and VoIP phonesResponsible for tier 1 & 2 workstation, server and network troubleshooting, including DHCP & DNS server issues, layer 2 and layer 3 appliances, POTS systems, NASs and SANsResponsible for administrating workstation and local network portions of a client's security posture, including hardware & software firewall administration, software & hardware IDSs & IPSs, patch management and incident responseResponsible for Microsoft Windows Active Directory administration, including GPO application and local and domain user account creation in accordance with RBAC
