About Devin Kapla
Not your average software developer as I enjoy diving into existing code and being more of a mechanic. I thoroughly enjoy being the person to take on the hard to solve technical issues or major refactors. With my problem solving skills and ability to see the whole picture while implementing a fix, I excel at these aspects of software development. That is not to say that I can't write code for new features and when I do, I approach it with the same mindset. This often results in numerous questions around the feature and how it will impact the current code, resulting in clearly defined acceptance criteria and clear expectations of work.
