Lead Social Listening Analyst (Microsoft)
CurrentClient: Microsoft- Grew Social Listening team from two to four people.- Onboard new team members and trained them in Sprinklr Modern Research platform. - Enable team to take dashboard insights to thoughtful reports that provide impactful analysis. - Collaborate with internal partners to advance social listening reporting and target individual needs.- Provide social listening assets to various industry, solution area, and Microsoft brand teams. - Provide ad hoc reporting that analyze and monitor specific events or campaigns.
