Providing private instruction, coaching and choreography to multiple teams and their coaches to ensure solid systems are in place for a successful year in all areas of their needs. Established, coordinated, recruited and coached the very first Middle School Dance Team Program for John Carroll Catholic High School and their feeder schools. Drafted and created proper guidelines for student athletes outlining budget, rules and expectations. Communicated effectively with parents and dancers to establish committed and trusting relationships. Fostered a culture of good sportsmanship, cooperation and responsibility. Provided extensive life training and instruction to students athletes for a future of continued growth as they transition from middle school to high school to college. Provided sound opportunity in future college acceptances and scholarships. Significantly increased the high schools declining enrollment numbers. Established fundraising programs for the needs of the students and school. Managed paperwork including consent forms, AHSAA documentation, medical release papers and other items pertaining. ***Coached, choreographed and led two National Champion winning titles in years 2014 and 2017.Achieved numerous State Champion title wins in years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.Other outstanding awards include recognition by the State of Alabama for leading the first team in the states history to win a National Championship title and was recognized in front of the Birmingham City Council for excellence in leadership.***

Instructor/Choreographer since year of establishment in 2011. Developed and created training programs for classes in multiple genres of dance styles for the needs of the studio and future growth. Conducted small group and individual activities based on differentiated learning needs. Taught weekly classes to groups as large as 65 students in attendance. Instructed, created and choreographed award winning competition routines that have been recognized across the country.
