A good boss once told me “you were new at one point too” and that taught me in the sense to be kind, honest, and patient. I’ve been in the retail and fashion industry for some time now and I’ve learned many things from many different people that has shaped who I am today, not only as an employee but also as a human being. People compliment my communication skills constantly, asking how do I do it and how they can better themselves. I simply tell them to just be yourself because at the end of the day that’s all you can do. Everyone will have their own opinion about you and there’s nothing you can do to change that. Sometimes people are having a bad day and they’re taking it out on you, but it’s all about being unbothered, getting the job done, keeping calm, cool, collected and always exhibiting professionalism. I radiate a particular energy wherever I go and it attracts people and makes them want to talk with me or even better, shop with me. I am very passionate about what I do and always exhibit integrity. I’m a jack of all trades and provide excellent customer service no matter the situation. I’m very passionate about what I do which reflects my work ethic and outstanding leadership skills.
