I began my career as a training and development professional with Veterans United Home Loans in 2012, after completing my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In creating and coordinating a new training program for over 2000 employees, I was able to use the skills I developed during my education to support the vision and mission of Veterans United to become the largest VA lender in the country. More recently, I have started the training and development program for Lithia Motors Credit Dept, and have helped train and support their already dominant market share in the dealership market as the nation's largest dealership group.
