As an Apple Channel Account Manager I was the link between the partner, the customers, and the products. My role was to drive the Apple business in partner locations. I managed the sales, merchandising, training, and operations of Apple within Partner locations, as well as built a community of loyal Apple customers. The goal was to create the Apple customer experience by helping customers find the Apple product that fits their lives and by inspiring partner’s staff through passion and excitement about Apple. Entrepreneurial in nature, as an Apple CAM I managed the Apple business end to end.

As a Double Agent for the Geek Squad, I take it upon myself to manage my own business, from the end of the in-store interaction, to the end of the in-home installation. I receive an outline of instructions form the sales team, and turn that outline into a "dream come true" for the client. Building home theaters, custom wiring pre-finished homes, constructing custom theater setups, and setting up custom network environments so that the client can use everything in a seamless environment. Although my expertise may seem "hands-on"; my real power is in my people skills, and leadership. In the home I direct installations with teams of Geek Squad installers to make sure that the homes are completed in a timely and thorough fashion, at the same time that I build a lasting relationship with the client to ensure that they are a lifetime customer that will trust me with the ultimate completion of the job to their liking, from this day forth.
