I'm a dedicated student, passionate about merging my interests in economics, public policy, and Spanish to make a positive impact. At Vanderbilt University, I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy, along with a minor in Spanish. With a 3.62 GPA, I've earned recognition on the Dean's List and received prestigious scholarships like the Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholarship and a Type One ROTC Scholarship.My time at Vanderbilt has been about more than just academics. I've immersed myself in various activities, from Air Force ROTC and Alternative Spring Break to leadership roles in student organizations like College Scholars Council and Delta Sigma Pi. These experiences have not only broadened my horizons but also honed my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.Professionally, I've had the privilege of working at Strauss Troy Attorneys at Law and Bricker Graydon LLP, where I've delved into labor and employment law, conducted legal research, and contributed to impactful projects. At Strauss Troy, I conducted over 50 hours of comparative legal research, offering crucial insights for resolving contract disputes and representing the firm in meetings with federal judges and Civil Rights organizations. At Bricker Graydon, I mastered labor and employment law intricacies, driving effective resolutions in projects and boosting client interest.Looking ahead, my goal is to attend law school and pursue a career path that allows me to serve as a JAG attorney for the Air Force, transition to private consulting, and ultimately work for non-profits or social welfare groups dedicated to social impact.
