Oversee the implementation and operation of 3 harm reduction programs including the Ohio HIV/STI Hotline (OHIV), Columbus Ohio's syringe exchange (Safe Point), and the Buckeye Region Anti-Violence Organization (BRAVO)

• Oversee the development and implementation of multi-state level grants that funded public health initiatives including syringe exchange, condom distribution, and health navigation.• Oversee the hiring and training of staff through the state.• Developed and managed budgets for organization processes.• Served as Associate Director for an interim period due to staff vacancy from Aug 2019 – March 2020.• Coordinated volunteer, federal work-study, and intern opportunities.• Developed policy and procedures for new organizational processes across the agency. • Helped create logistics framework for resource allocation across the state.• Increased funding for long standing grant from 150,000 to 400,000 dollars renewably for 5 years• Increased staffing capacity from 1.5 FTE to 4.0 FTE and recently secured additional 245,000 dollars in renewable funding.

Assist with linking clients to various community resources as well as assisting with Ryan White, ODAP, Medicaid, ACA, and other health system process paperwork.

Youth Across Borders is a volunteer based organization that creates mutually beneficial cross-cultural experiences for children and young adults living with HIV. Through education, YAB raises awareness and reduces stigma. YAB offers opportunities by sharing life experience as a means of fostering collaboration, hope, and contribution, locally and internationally.

Assisting clients living with HIV/AIDS by fostering a collaborative peer based relationship in order to help them adjust to their new life diagnosis.

Assisted with technical and research based information to resolve issues with clients utilizing company implemented software across the US.
