I am in charge of new home construction for Hawkstone Builders and Aspen Leaf Construction in the territories of Northern Colorado and to an extent in Southern Wyoming. This encompasses managing all activities from attaining permit, to handing the keys over to a new home owner, and additional warranty work following sale of the homes. We are a small construction firm producing between 40 and 50 custom home a year.

Scenario Design is a dynamic, turn key production company. We specialize in design development and specialty fabrication of one-of-a-kind structures and environments.

Vantage Studios is a high profile interior design company catering to celebrities and industry moguls. Projects ranged from residential and commercial remodels, to new construction. Primary responsibility was to maintain a project’s budget and schedule, with careful coordination of all subcontractors including: sister company Vantage Audio Visual, General Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC, Flooring Installation, Painters, Cabinet and Furniture Manufacturers, Drapery Installation, in addition to dealing with the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety.

Tangram is an international full service design and manufacturing company specializing in tradeshow booths, museum exhibits, and retail interiors both internationally and domestically. I oversaw the design process, budgeting and invoicing, vendor relations, construction, and installation/dismantle of trade show stands and exhibits. Clients included MGM, Chum Television, Promark Entertainment, Sesame Workshop, and E! Entertainment to name a few. Additionally, I coordinated day to day operations within our satellite LA office.

As project manager my responsibility was to oversee all aspects of this process from design concept to booth completion. I acted as the liaison between the client and all departments involved in the construction of the final booth (designers, contractors, graphic production house, A/V supplier, shippers, storage, etc.). One of the most important duties was to provide a cost effective product for my clients in the economy, while still maintaining profitability. My clients included Warner Brothers, Myriad Pictures, Variety, Chum Television, Sesame Workshop, and Tourism Ireland among others. In addition to project management I started a marketing program to help Button expand its business within the United States.
