- P&L Accountable (Oct 2014 - Apr 2018)- Global leadership of field teams & product development teams- Responsibility for go-to-market strategy & automotive operating model- At Emerson & Cuming and then Laird, developed a long-term product strategy to enable electromagnetic & thermal performance (through components and systems to manage EM emissions, EM immunity & heat) of automotive active safety sensors (radar, camera.) Devised initially in 2010, executed through inventive market leading products in the years 2013-2018, the empirical, iterated, Product Market strategy formed the cornerstone of the exponential growth alluded to below.- Results: Laird's automotive segment outperformed all other segments in EBIT $ growth over the aforementioned period

• Managed all departmental business functions: strategic direction, product roadmap, R&D (of metal-mounted passive UHF RFID antennas), sales channel development, product marketing, manufacturing & quality process design• With only 2 full-time employees and annual overhead of ~$300K, competed ably with MetalTag, a internally-developed metal-mounted UHF RFID tag line, against much larger competitors, 3 of whom had full time staffs of 25–50 persons and annual budgets of $5-10M. • Grew business from 100 units/week in early 2009 to 5,000 units/week by late 2011.
